iPhone 14シリーズのフロントパネルの写真がリークされました。
エントリーモデルのiPhone 14とiPhone 14 Maxにはノッチがあり、iPhone 13シリーズと同じようなデザイン。一方、ハイエンドモデルのiPhone 14 ProとiPhone 14 Pro Maxにはノッチがありません。TrueDepthカメラがピル型の埋込式になり、フロントカメラと分離され配置されています。
フロントパネルのリークは毎年恒例となっているもので、ノッチ部分の形状もこれまでの噂通り。そこまで大きな驚きはありません。画面の表示面積も、ノッチのあるiPhone 14とノッチの無いiPhone 14 Proとでそれほどの違いはみられません。
今回のリークで明らかになったのは、ノッチの有無ではなく画面のアスペクト比です。
iPhone 14は画面アスペクト比が変更される？
iPhoneの画面のアスペクト比は、ホームボタン搭載モデルが9:16、Face ID対応モデルが9:19.5でした。iPhone 12シリーズやiPhone 13シリーズも9:19.5になります。
本体デザインに大きな違のないiPhone 14シリーズですが、画面のアスペクト比は9:20へと変わり、わずかに縦長になるということが伝えられています。
